1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VibeTools, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

VibeTools provides a customer support widget that integrates with Slack. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Provide accurate information when creating your account

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBETOOLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (which may be zero for free users).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through our service. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and deliver your messages as part of our service functionality.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VibeTools from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
